Material Testing
TB Marmi also organizes visits to quarries and slab preparation facilities, allowing clients and designers to select materials piece by piece for their projects. This involvement from the very first operational stage ensures maximum control over the final result. Natural materials are unique and endlessly fascinating, and every visit offers new inspiration drawn directly from nature.
Surveys and Working Drawings
Dimensional precision is at the core of every project we undertake, from simple forms to highly complex geometries. Our specialized technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to carry out detailed surveys for buildings, yachts and outdoor environments, producing the technical drawings required for flawless manufacturing. Manufacturing
By combining the expertise of master craftsmen with the energy of a new generation, our production process ensures both aesthetic excellence and technical reliability. Advanced support systems, adhesives and sealants guarantee long-term durability.
Using high-tech machinery, CNC machining centres and 5-axis waterjet systems programmed directly from CAD data, we achieve micron-level precision. Every design is faithfully transformed into reality with virtually no margin for error.
Pre-assembly
Before packaging, every component is assembled and tested to verify the accuracy of the production process. We recreate real installation conditions and potential site challenges to ensure that all elements meet the project specifications perfectly. This stage minimizes risks and guarantees that materials arrive ready for immediate installation.
Packaging and Transport
Finished products are carefully packaged in specially designed crates equipped with anti-shock and anti-tilt protection systems. Surface protection treatments and maintenance guidelines are also provided.
TB Marmi directly manages logistics through specialized partners, coordinating schedules, lifting equipment and detailed documentation for every individual piece to ensure safe transport and on-time delivery anywhere in the world.
On-site Installation
Installation is carried out by highly qualified teams ready to operate anywhere in the world. Thanks to their expertise, adjustments and finishing works can be performed directly on site, minimizing downtime.
Once installation is complete, final protective treatments are applied to the surfaces. For the most demanding projects, a dedicated project manager coordinates both the installation team and client communications, ensuring maximum precision in every detail.
Polishing
Our installation techniques achieve seamless surfaces with joints measuring less than one millimetre. For mosaic floors, inlays and regular stone patterns, on-site polishing or re-polishing creates the visual effect of a single continuous slab.
TB Marmi offers this post-installation service to eliminate visible joints between individual elements, achieving the highest level of aesthetic perfection and material continuity.
Support
Every project is delivered with a User and Maintenance Manual containing guidance on daily care, periodic treatments and recommended products that are readily available on the market.
Our customer service team remains available for dedicated support and consultancy. When required, a specialized technician can intervene directly on site to resolve complex situations that cannot be managed remotely, ensuring the long-term preservation of the materials.
